Agriculture Polyhouse

Natuarally Ventilated Tropical Greenhouse ‐ One side ventilated in one span

We offer a countrywide range of Polyhouses that are Naturally Ventilated so that it promotes ideal growing environment for a variety of plants species.

We allow secondary changes according to the needs of the customer in spite of the fixed designs of polyhouses.

These structures can stand to the heavy wind speed of up to 120 km/hr.

Exotic crops, some flowers varieties, traditional seasonal vegetables and leafy vegetables all can be grown during in-season and Off-season.

The structures are designed in accordance with the land location and the crop selection of the client. Our experts’ team decides appropriate designs for the requirement.

Each crop and concept requires unique covering material as well as the microclimate. These needs are well fulfilled at SOHAM GREENS

For example, the above structure suits the crops where soilless farming is required such as Gerbera, Dutch Rose etc.

Tropical Design

The columns holding the covering material runs up to the top of the greenhouse structure in order to ensure maximum strength to it.

Curtain opening along periphery

The arrangement ensures outside cold air to flow inside and pushes inside hot air to outside from top ventilation. The system allows maximizing or minimizing side ventilation as per the requirement of the crops. Through this, we can also trap the carbon-di-oxide exhaled by plants inside the structure during night and can use it in the morning to enhance the process of photosynthesis.

Hinge joints on G.I. pipes structure

The G.I. pipes used in the structure are joined with one another through angles, clamps, brackets and nut bolts. This increases the strength against the vibrations caused because of strong winds.

Flap control and curtain runners

The periphery of the structure is provided with extra purlin with aluminum gripper so as to enhance the lifespan of the polythene on the side of the structure by increasing the strength of it. SOHAM GREENS renders flap control maintenance due to wind pressure.

Anchoring foundation column

The base of the greenhouses are provided with concrete so as to maintain the foundation level of the structure.

Aerodynamic shape along periphery

The greenhouse is shaped in such a way so as to minimize the impact of heavy winds and maximize the strength of the structure. The shape is given to drift away the wind flow.

Corridors

The greenhouses are provided with straight corridors along their lengths and with bended corridors along their widths to avoid the displacement of main column from heavy wind. This gives more strength to the build.

We, at SOHAM GREENS, do not always go by the conventional method of building by using scaffolding etc. Instead, we aim at developing our own technology in erecting the structure. The experienced and well equipped team of SOHAM GREENS selects the orientation of the green house by studying the local topography and metrology.

Umbrella / Butterfly Style Greenhouse ‐ Two Side Ventilation in one span

Same as Naturally Ventilated but with two sides ventilation which helps to better management of temperature and helps in lowering the diseases. This design is suitable for almost all crops as more ventilation & Air Circulation with facilitate Pollination also specially those areas where temperature in summer is too high. Most Crops have highest value in Summer so this design is a blessing. Also the Grid width is 9.6mtr so provide more area for working inside the Greenhouse

Fan & Pad Forced Ventilated Greenhouse

The fixed design of Fan and Pad Polyhouse can undergo minute changes.

Every crop has its own requirement of microclimate and covering material.

The structure has the capacity of bearing wind up to 120 km/hr.

This type of greenhouse is more suitable for soil-less herbal farming, medicinal plants and plant tissue lab etc.

Firstly, the concept or the crop is finalized and then the land for building the Greenhouse is selected. After that, the team of experts works on required changes and then the design is finalized.

The Greenhouses with Evaporation Cooling System or the Fan and Pad Greenhouse are entirely designed and constructed by the team of experts at Soham Greens. These Greenhouses retains lesser amount os Solar Energy thereby creating cool environment which is the necessity in cultivation of varied crops or plants.

Tunnel Greenhouse for drying or Farming

It is ideal for cold weather conditions or heavy rains where the temperature inside the structure should not drop below the required one. There is an option of additional side curtains also. It is perfect for the places where ventilation is not necessary. However side Ventilation is provided as an option in Hot Areas.

We have Solar Drying facility where drying of fruits, vegetables and herbs is done through carbon neutral processing.

Capacity can vary from 500kg per day to 3000 per day according to the nature of product
